Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal for digital content

As a consumer, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Since you purchase digital content from us that is not delivered on a physical data carrier (e.g. AI-generated images for download), your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

  • You have expressly agreed that we may begin to perform the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
  • You have acknowledged that by giving your consent you will lose your right of withdrawal.

If you have not agreed to this, your right of withdrawal remains in effect.

Cancellation period

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Declaration of revocation

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kikunst.Shop, Sascha Lüth, Mergelweg 45, 33161 Hövelhof, email: saschalueth@gmx.de ) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you.
