These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop Kikunst.Shop . This offer is directed exclusively to consumers in accordance with Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

3. Subject matter of the contract

The products sold are digital content (e.g., AI-generated images) that are available for download immediately after purchase. These are not custom-made products.

4. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is only concluded upon order confirmation via email.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices. Due to our small business status according to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is charged. Payment is made using the payment methods offered by Shopify.

6. Delivery of digital content

Once payment is received, the purchased content will be available for immediate download. Physical delivery will not be provided.

7. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing digital products, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if you expressly agree to the commencement of the contract execution and confirm that you waive the right of withdrawal. Further information can be found in our cancellation policy .

8. Copyright

The purchased digital content is protected by copyright and intended for private use only. Commercial use or distribution is prohibited.

9. Liability

The statutory provisions apply. We are not liable for minor negligence – to the extent permitted by law.

10. Final provisions

German law applies. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
